Hi,

How to setup "Run As Administrator" in FSX & set the same in my Plan-G navigation software install.

Then you should be admin.
Try to rightclick FSX on your desk or the FSX.exe inside your FSX folder. Cant remember if XP too had the "Run as administrator"!

doubleclick the exe in FSX gives this below, & the word administrator does not appear there, but I set it in user accounts of control panel:-

PS, I am trying to get the blessed Plan-G navigator to connect with FSX, it was connecting for a year or two but, when installed everything on a new HD it does not connect & somebody asked about the Admin. bit

...

FSX would not connect with Plan-G

SOLVED


Sorry all,

Grin I solved it , I found that FSX SP1/2 were not installed. Now the two connect.
