Hi!

Sorry this is kinda a question repeated a lot.  Anyway this time I think I'm asking it a little differently (please delete if not).

Anyway the question is if you were allowed to keep only 1 addon for Fsx and had only that one to use what would it be?  I know it's kinda a rhetorical(?) question as there is no addon police!  But was just wondering if it was just one what would it be!

For me I don't really have that many but I would have to say Cloud9's World Landclass as it does a good job of removing so much yellow desert default Fsx landscape and covers such a huge area.

Anyway sorry if it is an annoying question.  Any replies welcome!

Many thanks,

P.

For me it would probably have to be one of the Real New Zealand Payware Sceneries or one of Alrot's planes of course.

I'd probably say REX myself. So much better than the default FSX cotton wool clouds and weather engine that I can't stand FSX without it. I'm perfectly content with the default planes and scenery for the most part, just give me good skies!

I'd stick with the Pendercraft Land of the Giants "Spindrift", that I "goosed and juiced" so it can hit that "almost" 3000 knots at sea level, and go arond the world about one and a half times at 60,000 ft, in about 9 1/2 hours. I know.  It's not a real aircraft.  So, shoot me.   Cheesy

Hi!

Just wanted to say many thanks for the replies, it's interesting to see what stuff if popular these days, especially as I've been out of things for a little while.

If it was back in the Fs98 days I would have said Norway98!  I could have flown around that scenery for weeks (I think I did do that!)

Many thanks,

P.

Acceleration (would count as FSX itself)

either FSRecorder or AICarriers w/ Nimitz package

Flight Sim add-on?

Probably, a very expensive/extremely expensive, computer build, to suit running my FSX to the max.... Roll Eyes...
...but there again, my trusty FS 2004 is perfectly happy on my ancient (2005) Pentium P4 2.8 GHZ Hyper-threading, nVidia 9500 GT, 1 GB graphics...

...so...

...why waste the money?

Leaves more money to spend on other exciting toys to play with!... Smiley...!

It will cost me well over £1,000 to build a computer upgrade now, to run FSX satisfactorily!

I can buy another Motor-bike, new Pro Synthesizer, new Gas Cooker, ....overnight stay with Cameron Diaz, for that sort of money!

Paul...aka Captain Sensible!....(forget Cameron Daiz)... Grin... Grin...!

Dell Dimension 5000 BTX Tower. Win7 Home Edition, 32 Bit. Intel Pentium 4, dual 2.8 GHz. 2.5GB RAM, nVidia GF 9500GT 1GB. SATA 500GB + 80GB. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Micronet ADSL Modem only. Saitek Cyborg Evo Force. FS 2004 + FSX. Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower...Motor Bikes. Gas Cooker... and lots of musical instruments!.... ...!
