with all slider full up ,when I set to full clouds and lower visibility I wonder why we can see the ground ?

I mean it doesn't look like in real life beneath the airplane It the ground should not be vissible

on the ground EVERYTHING looks great and realistic but Once I cross the cover clouds suddenly Looks clear sky from my view  Undecided

all beneath should be white ..right?

...

It kind of brake you the inspiration, when you face this is not natural or nor realistic at all

Is there a way to fix this??

Alex

here's a FS9 "weather engine" that works for FSX pretty good.  I generated an "Intense thunderstorm" weather theme that pretty much hazes up the ground.

I think it self installed into Programs Files (x86), but I'm sure you can install it in it's own directory on the "C" drive.  Also, it generates 3 files and saves them to "C:/ Users/appdata/local/virtual store/program files (x86)/weather engine". (Widnows 7)  You have to cut-n-paste them into the FSX Weather Theme folder.

The user interface isn't exactly the most user friendly, but if you experiment with the variables, you should be able to get the results you want.

Here's a screenie of the "Intense Thunderstorm"...

About the only times that I've ever lost sight of the ground is when real-world weather coincides with those conditions.  I have real-world on all the time and it simulates losing the ground quite well most all of the time.

Yes I agree it is a bit annoying, I use a free for UK program called 'Open Clouds' this shows actual real weather ,but not 100% accurate (you will find it on the web)  it is better than default
