Remember to drink a healthy quantity of red wine too! Apparently the UK 'recommended weekly limit' is actually unhealthily low, they just had to invent a number to make it look like they knew who was in charge

Sorry to disappoint you chaps. I can't find any reference to a journalist named Jonathan Hayter or a Doctor Karen Weatherby.
I thought it sounded too good to be true.

Great! In addition to my 40-oz. beer curls and remote control thumb reps I can count girl-watching on the front porch as part of my daily regimen of exercises!

The cheesy tabloids used to do a diet-of-the-week, make up anything no matter how ridiculous. I remember the "hot dog" diet. Now that's passé. The new colum filler is the more generic "what's good for you this week" story.
But still, doesn't hurt to look, does it?

Provided you don't strain your eyes or look too long whilst near your wife or girlfriend. The consequences could be disastrous.

"If they want us to look, we must oblige them."
- Juan Mercadal
Juan was a great classical guitarist, pedagogue, and university professor. When Juan played, or even just spoke, everyone listened.
Two others:
"Poor Mike, he will never play well." (Refering to one of his students)
"I played so well I surprised even myself." (Refering to himself after a concert.)

Yes, it works. After only getting in 6 minutes of breast watching, mall security chased me for 90 minutes.
