I just started realizing that I never use the fuel truck and it seems like a more realistic feature so I decided to start using it although I noticed that I'll call the truck over and it will say I'm first in line but I watch the fuel truck as it's driving towards me and it doesn't really move at all towards me. It will go about 10 yards then stop. Then 10 yards and stop. I'm not sure if it was a problem just at this airport I was at but it literally took the truck about 15 minutes to get to my plane. By that time I had already pushed back and was gunna start taxiing so I just did it through the menu's but is there any bug fix for the truck or anyone else had this problem before??

Thanks.  Wink

When I make the request, it always looks like a drunk is driving.

Make sure when you make the request you are in a designated parking spot. Other wise the program cant find you. Silly kinda.

Well I'm at a gate and I know it knows where I am and all that because it will eventually get to my plane but after about 15 minutes when it was parked like 3 gates down from me. I watch it drive and it just drives then stops. Then goes 10 yards stops, 10 yards stops....and no other traffic is around to make it stop, actually the other traffic is moving at a perfect normal pace but then when it gets behind the fuel truck they all start doing it???  Shocked

When you're sitting at a gate, you have to make sure that your plane is sitting right at the correct spot.
You see the yellow "T" on your parking ? If you place your main gear wheels on it just like me, you're wrong (just like I used to be).
You have to place your center of gravity above that T. When you see the truck is stuck, like he's waiting for something, just move above that T, usually you'll have to move forward a bit. It looks like some very bad collision alert or something like this, that prevents the truck from going forward. Once your plane is placed correctly on the parking spot, the truck will start moving again and reach your plane, then the refuel screen will appear.

Thanks that seemed to have helped on some airports. I seriously can't figure out the problem why the fuel truck just stops. I guess I should start looking around for a update or something.

Thanks though that actually helped for some airports or airplanes I don't know why it doesn't work everytime?

FYI I have also had this exact same problem but only couple of times. I don't know why though.

Yeah i think loads of people have the same problem, worst thing is after a full start up you request a fuel truck and it crashes into the aircraft :/ :L
