Goodly afternoon all... Smiley

Stephane "Daube" sent me a couple of Links to try this aeroplane out for FSX.

The aircraft is available for FS2004 and  FS2002 on the Simviation Download Site... Smiley

It is a Dornier DO 28 with floats and wheels.

There are nine liveries:
-5 on wheels
-4 on floats

I believe the aircraft is still in the Testing Stage but not sure.
It is by Clasic Wings and available at Sim-Outhouse.

I did a couple of hops with it and the aircraft is a lot of fun....thanks Stephane... Wink

Hi FSX_Dude...yes it is a little odd alright.
Having never flown a real one I can only think that docking would be just about as bad as docking a Beech 18 on Floats which I have flown.
You really have to watch the cargo, passengers and fuel pumps when docking as one wing and engine will have to pass over the dock.
This aircraft has a high wing so not so bad but those props could chew up a passenger or cargo real fast when docking I would think... Smiley

Hi Bullock...thanks and you are right about FS Water Config.... Wink

Ahhh yes, I too downloaded and flew this one several days ago. Odd aircraft, but pretty cool at the same time. I opted to fly the float equipped model first as well. Nice water reflection in the last shot!

My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Great shots, Doug......the last two for me Cool Cool....and thanks for the heads up Wink

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"
