Some of the Add-ons that I have downloaded say there are working weapons on the Aircraft. I can get the guns to fire but there doesn't seem to be any sound. Is there a way to fix this? Sorry for all of my questions. I am fairly new to the downloading add-ons and things like that.=/

Some effects are like that. If you open the effect file, there should be an entry similar to this below the [library effect] entries:

[Sound]
FileName=20can.wav
MinAttenuationDistance=500.00
Looping=FALSE

You also need to check to see if the XXX.wave file is present in the FSX "Sound" folder.
