Hello,

FSX Vietnam War project is a  freeware pack of sceneries covering all South-East Asia area  ( Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thaïland) during Vietnam war (1963-1975).

We have done about 80 new airfields covering area ( such as Tan Tich army, Gia Nghia, Plateau GI, Ben Het...),
We have redone more than 20 airfields ; all Vietnam airfields (North and South), some Air bases in Thaîland, and Kadena (Japan), Clark (Philippines)...

In addition, we have done:
Landing zones for choppers, some are refuelling spots,
Seaplanes refuelling spots,
Loran stations built during Tight Reign operation by USCG,
Many scenes like M113 columns, Viet Congs units, Rocket ridge, Khe Sanh under fire, crash sites, pilots downed at sea waiting for rescue, and more...

AI traffic covering area (30 differents AI airplanes, used by permission, and some with help of their creators: C-123, A-1, Pilatus Porter, C-7, F3D, EC-47,A-37, O-1, EC-121, P-3, RAF Avro Shackleton...) At Cam Ranh and new forthcoming photo-realistic Long-Tieng, you will see many airplanes taking off or landing.

A large Objects library using objects from many authors ( see our web site), including Vietnam war era objects from Al Simms, Static airplanes from Guy Diotte, Mo Cat - John Stinstrom -Sidney Schwarz - Jim Dhaenens...  objects, and custom objects.

A technical airfield documentation is provided with each airfield.

All airfields have been done using USAF and Air America leaflets and DOD Flight Information Publication (march 1969), aerial photos, Google earth, war time pictures, and the help of US veterans.

A web site provide you news, screenshots, airplanes textures and links to download a selection of freeware and payware airplanes, and sceneries. A Virtual Military  start operations in USA.
