Good news, One. I am alive!
Secondly, by the end of next year, I should be a qualified Private Pilot.
One of the math teachers in a Flight Instructor, he got permission to start a Flight corse, and $2000 for it, it's fairly cheap.
Two term class, runs the full Australian Pilot show, theroy and practical.
I'm so happy!

Please tell me that the $2000 figure doesn't include something important.

Sadly, the Spanish language is slowly winning over here... in subsequent generations the majority of U.K. and U.S. residents may have more than a spelling difference.

It does get quite hot when standing on a footplate, shoveling coal trying to not to get thrown out the side when we hit a bad joint

Through the door, or the window?
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.
