Well yesterday turned into an interesting day.  The USAF contacted me about bringing in a C-130 to our airport, so I took some pictures to upload here.

...

However later in the evening, we had an even more interesting development as a certain C-130 arrived, looking for shelter from severe weather at St. Cloud, MN.

...

...

C-130s rarely visit our airport, so two in one day was quite a surprise.

The first USAF -130 was here giving a retiring Colonel his "freedom ride".  His family was here to greet him, and his brother was the navigator. They weren't here long, didn't even shut down the engines.  Fat Albert's crew crammed into the crew car and went to Pita Pit, before having to race back to get out of here before the thunderstorms hit here.
