Thanks to B-Valvs, Fozzer, SeanTK, and Skoker for the excellent flight today.

Some interesting weather, lots of turbulence, and one VERY fast 737.  Wink Grin

i really like the group or grope photo. looks like a lot of fun. it could be interresting to see pictures taken by other members of the group to compare the differences between them.

FS9 all the way! Easy multiplayer feature, and easy on my system.  Cool

FSX's multiplayer* is too much of a hassle for me, and to use the chat with FSX on our MP server, you have to give up your in game sound.  There is always teamspeak, but none of us use it usually.

*we don't use gamespy here.  Wink http://205.252.250.26/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?board=Multi

Shane, some pilots on another forum recommended me a software nammed Hamachi. It seems that it's the greatest possible alternative to Gamespy for the network. It might work for FS9 as well.

If I understood correctly, it creates some kind of "extended virtual LAN", so that all the computers are connecting as if they were on the same local network... I have to investigate more about this, but this is the principle. It might work with FS9 too of course.

When it comes to your shots, I have to say that the first one and the third (group) are absolutely amazing. The landscape is looking great and the clouds down there are simply creating a magnificient background.

In the third picture, the combination of the landscape, the angle of view and the fog is simply awesome. That mountain in the background really looks impressive !

Next time, just disable the aircraft labels Tongue

Thanks Daube, I'm going to have to look into that software.
It sounds familiar, and anything has to be better than gamespy.  Wink

I usually do for AI, but in multiplayer, It helps me keep track of where everyone is when I don't have FSNavigator running.  Wink

I do in FSX, I have the zip for FS9, so I guess I should install it, if you'll be using that for multiplayer.  Smiley
