Nice.
I like that a lot better than the usual yellow. Whose model?
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Thanx!!!
It's a NorCal Prop Club piece. One of the most detailed freeware craft I've ever seen! Mucho detail.....like the rivet detail that can be seen in a couple of my screencaps....much better "in person" though!

Thanks.
At least they did not paste their name all over this one. I hate it when they do that.

What ?
It seems to me that this is the latest FSX-native Texan produced by Warwick Carter, and Norcal Prop Club does have anything to do with it... Or is it yet another model ?
EDIT: Warwick Carter and David Eckert, to be precise.
Got bloom ?
Got mountains ?
Got damage ?

It's the Warwick Carter/David Eckert aircraft, available here at SimViation.

I think NorCal seems to take a lot of planes and make it seem like they made them.

Question: Have you joined NorCal and seen that they do that?
Wait, I'll save ya the trouble! Here's a c&p of the Texan's sidebar off of the the site:
"North American T-6
By Warwick Carter
And Dave Echart
Full VC Cockpit
XP/Certified"
If they are intending to "make it seem like they made them" then they sure are being mighty cagey about giving credit where credit is due. A hiding in plain sight sorta thing.........they sure had me fooled! I feel foolish for being drawn in to their 'evil plan'!

Somewhere on their site they have a statement saying they do not build models, only update them, mostly for FSX now. And the experience I'm having with the three I downloaded yesterday, is that they are doing a good job of it. And as U4EA said, they always give credit to the builders.

My comment comes from the number of times on this forum someone posts about Nor-Cal's new aircraft, or pictures of a Nor-Cal aircraft, or has questions about Nor-Cal aircraft. I don't see similar posts coming about Flightsim aircraft, Simviation aircraft, or Avsim aircraft, where you can find all of the same aircraft. Just seems to be a trend that I have noticed.

Note to self, post the following caveat from this point on:
Due to short-term memory difficuty I cannot recall where this
_____insert aircraft name here____
came from. That is all!
