please do me a favor ,English isn''t my native lenguage,Does it says that the driver 196.75 is causing damage aand its better to install the 196.21 ??Please?

my son and I have the same video cards and He without asking me Update to this driver to 196.75 and smething began earlier to smell like when something is overheating Shocked

I on the other hand already have the good guy 196.21

Yes, use 196.21
