...as always...

Give it a try!... Smiley...!

FS 2004 is now available at a bargain price, and most "Lowly Computers" can run it, even mine, with a slight adjustment... Kiss...!

Give it a try...nothing to lose...!

Paul...G-BPLF...FS 2004...and an ancient Socket A, AMD 2600... Smiley...!

...Have Fun...!

P.S. ...don't forget...any problems, and there's always FS 2002!... Wink...!

What about  FS9 ? Would l be pushing it a bit too far ? I have already ruled out FSX because of my graphics card

Hello...Wink...!

FS9 and FS 2004 are exactly the same thing..!

It just says "FS 2004" on the Box, when you buy it!

Give it a try...you wont regret it...Wink...!

You can always adjust the settings to suit your Computer!

If FS2004 works fine with any lowly computer then l must be fine.  I shouldn't really worry about the game lagging

YES your computer will run FS9 / 2004 just fine.

here are my specs (and yours are better than mine)

Dell Inspiron 2200 Laptop
WINXP Home (sp3)
Intel Celeron M -- Processor x86 Family 6 Model 13 Stepping 8 GenuineIntel ~1396 Mhz
Total Physical Memory 1,280.00 MB [1gig]
Video: Name Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family
Sound: SigmaTel C-Major Audio
FS2004 / FSX Deluxe

I can run FSX Deluxe (sp1 ONLY! ~ do not even attempt to sell me on sp2 it will NOT install on my computer!!!) only on bare nothing minimums... but I can fly it.

FS9, NO Scenery addons (Real Environment Pro / Ultimate Night Environment) ... I can pull a steady 30fps looking straight up into the sky [clear weather].. and a still respectful 15fps with major storms at night with REP / UNE installed. ... so there is your comparisson.

Computer Specs:: Acer Aspire Laptop..Win7 Home Premium 64-bit (sp1), AMD Athlon II X2 P340 (Dual Core) [2.2 Ghz], ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 (256mb), 4GB DDR3......FS9.1(sp3) / FSX (sp2)..... Ultimate Terrain X, Ground Environment X, REX, FTX ORBX PNW-PFJ-NRM-CRM, OZx, Tongass Fjords, Misty Moorings
