How do you eliminate objects, buildings, trees from the runway. I downloaded an add on airport but on the runway there are still buildings and trees.
Thanks

Uninstall what you downloaded? I really don't know, but I would try going back to what status your computer was in before you downloaded the offending material. Then proceed slowly...

What is the exact, complete name of the file you downloaded and where did you find it? A link would be helpful.

It sounds as if some excludes are missing but one should really take a look at the file in question before offerring advice.
