What models have a vc that functions realistically?  Like I don't want a plane that you just ctrl+e and go.  I want one that if you do it in a real plane you do it in fs.

With payware, my (limited) experience has been with Eaglesoft as far as realistic startup sequences, and flight dynamics.

All of my payware experience is with FS9, except the Aerosoft Twin Otter, which is pretty realistic.(as far as I can tell. Wink)

I have the Eaglesoft Citation X for FS9, and have never been able to start it. One day I'll use the manual. Grin

PMDG is nice.

If you don't mind small props, everything by Caranedo is stellar.

Aside from these and a few others I'm sure I've neglegted to mention, you're almost better off looking at some recent freeware releases that have stunning VCs, and extensive systems modeling, they are becoming more frequent as developers become more comfortable with the new SDKs. Cool.

Cheyenne from Digital Aviation - you do it by checklist or you spin it into a hanger. Looks good, flys good, sounds good.

Captain Sim have very functional VCs. But at the expense of frames.

I had it but for some reason I could never get the APU to start. Sad

Which plane? It takes around a minute in the 757/767.

in the 757.  I wait almost 3 minutes for it to start then after 5 minutes the plane goes dead.
