It's an FSX thing Paul.

Once you've flown in that environment, you'll do anything to stay there...

...including spending $50 to try and make FS9 look as close to it as possible.  Wink

It took me a long time to even bring myself to buy some payware,
and I must say that GEP for FS9 was the best of those purchases,
and I will NEVER* fly in FS9 without it.

*(my Golden Wings & Silver Wings versions are very notable exceptions.  Wink Grin )

I purchased FSX the day is was first released in England, as I have done with all my other MS Flight Sims, but until the day arrives when I am prepared to throw loadsa money at my Computer to get FSX running satisfactorily (which I'm not prepared to do!), like many other Flight Simmers, I'm perfectly happy with my version of FS 2004...(and my FS Navigator for FS 2004!... Wink...)... Kiss...!

I'm afraid, upgrading Computer Hardware doesn't occupy an important part of my life for the purpose of Flight Simming!.*..Wink... Grin...!

Paul...G-BPLF...FS 2004 (and FSX!)... Cool...!

* ....I would rather spend the money on a new Music Workstation....or a nice red Ducati 999... Smiley...Priorities!...Wink...!!

.... Grin....!
