It's not over yet, Carolina could get a fire lit under their butt and take this series down, it's happened before (cough Wings VS Ducks a few years ago where the Ducks came back and whooped our butt cough)

That would be nice.

Its just that Carolina cant stop Malkin and Crosby.
Their getting there fair share of points but they need to stop Pitt from getting more points then them.

Smiley  Don't get me wrong, a playoff game is a playoff game, no matter who is playing.  I made my statement as a Wings fan, not a hockey fan.  No matter who is playing I will watch, I was just adding some emphasis to my bragging about the Wings.

As for tonights game...the officials had it in for the Wings...no contest.  We still managed to come back from 3-0 and bring it into overtime, but those refs made some terrible calls early in the game, the outcome should have been different.

Typical WINGS Fan Grin  That was a great game and the way the Wings came back to tie it up was exciting to watch, 3rd period was awsome, to bad the Blackhawks got the jump in OT, and yes, the officiating in post season is to critical, It's the playoffs let'em play!
Getting ready to watch the game in a few mins, GO DETROIT!

PS What's up with them Penguines? Roll Eyes

I missed the game, had to work late, sucks though, looks like the Pens get another chance for the cup.  Sadly I have found out I am going to miss the Stanley Cup series  Cry  We're headed to the field next week for Mountain Warfare training.  Oh well, maybe I can watch next year.

Go Wings!  We can finish them tomorrow night!!

Aw bummer.

and its an even bigger loss if the Wings play again.

I was just going to say if they do I think this matchup will be a great one since it seems like the Pens are back in action and better than last year.

I dunno, if you ask me, the Wings will give them a butt whoopin, only because they depend on Crosby and Malkin.  The rest of the Pens need work, there's no leadership on the ice like the Wings show, and we could throttle their defense hard if they don't turn it up.  But hey, I could be wrong and they could thrash us, and that's if we even make it, our series is still live  Wink  If we finish out tomorrow night on top, I'll start my poop talking just because I won't be here to back it up  Grin

Indeed, it is a sad day in the House Of Truck.  Undecided  Cry

Grin Grin

Well when they played Carolina they didn't seem like they were really fighting for it. There were just laided back but yet still they were scoring and winning.

If there laid back for the Wings and the Wings show them who they are then yes you  can kill them in the series.

I dont know, I think that Fleury is stronger this year. Roll Eyes
But hey your Blackhawk series isnt even over yet so you have no bragging rights at all. Grin

WINGS WIN!!!!!!!   What A Game!!!!!!!!!  Huey was amazing, I have to give him credit, he was blocking shots that would make Patrick Roy sweat.  Ozzy earned his pay as well!  You can't beat an overtime finish, this is what playoffs are all about.

Just found out I will catch the first three games of the Stanley Cup as well.  Too bad I'll miss the results though.

Wings VS Penguins, Lord Stanley presides.

Well they had a great finish v.s. Arizona state they were tied and took the lead of a grand slam! Shocked

Although they have to go up against Florida and their pitcher has a 0.16 ERA Grin Roll Eyes...
That would be an upset...
