I recently discovered that my college library has a full collection of Jane's from the early 70's all the way up to the 2007-2008 version.  There's even an original from 1938 in there!  It just occurred to me that if anyone wants tech info on a certain aircraft that they can't find on the net, I'll bet I can find it in Jane's.  Just PM me if you have questions.

The original Jane's started publishing (I Believe) in 1912.  Reprints of the 1919 volume were published "recently".

I've collected (eBay, etc) a 1952-1953, and at least one from every decade since.

The thing I like best of Jane's ATWA is not the information on "the latest and greatest" but the lesser known aircraft, the one's the go 'under the radar' or "reasonably projected" ....

Excellent "find".

An African swallow, or a European swallow?
