Istanbul this weekend, Turn 8 and all that  Smiley  Wink

Won't be the same without our runaway leader (Bjorn) but at least it gives us all a chance to catch up... Tongue

I am really ticked off as I will miss this race live due to a wedding. I'm not a fan of Turkey, It's not the most exciting track in the world and its big selling point is turn 8. Which 10 years ago would have been impressive at full throttle but not now. Roll Eyes On the plus side, I do like turns 1 and 2, very brazil like.

I'm going to go.

1: Kimi
2: Alonso
3: Massa

I think Felipe might win, last year he completely dominated the race, but he also has a new chassis for the race, and with Ferrari's reliability being poor right now, I put no faith in something new lasting a race. Roll Eyes

So your saying, Hamilton will lap the entire field, then on the slow down lap the rest of the cars will crash and force lewis to lap two more times, thus handing him the 3 places, 24 points and the drivers title.
It wouldn't shock me. Roll Eyes Grin

I could say I'm not that clever, and that the thought hadn't crossed my mind...

...but I won't, and I'll say [lying starts] yes, that was exactly what I was thinking...[/lying ends!] Grin

It's hard to predict bad luck... Hey ho... Smiley It was a shame though; it would have been interesting to see how the two strategies panned out, given that McLaren quite sensibly handed Ferrari the start! Not that I think it would have been that different, just the ither McLaren on the podium, and Alonso 4th...
