OK, who is going this year?
It looks like I will be there.
I am looking forward to the IAF air-refueling demo and the formation of the Nimrod, Sentry and Sentinel.

What? Why on earth would they cancel the show because of some rain?

How do you expect them to put an airshow on with a flooded runway? they may not, just saying is a posibilty. like i said check out met office, its not a bit of rain, its flood warnings. I got tickets too and prey it'l be one but i should keep an eye on there website thats all.

The runway won't flood. It has drainage and the surface is probably bowed slightly to allow water to run straight off and not collect. The
show website says that the car parking areas will not be at risk of flooding either as they too have adequate drainage. Even if the weather is bad, the show will go on!  Wink Looking at the forecast, I'm glad I won't be there this year but I do hope this goes away in time for RIAT.
