Its in most GAME stores and you can buy it on that web page. I think it was given out with FSX when it first came out only in GAME shops.
I don't have it, I saved £10 and ordered FSX off amazon

Seems pretty straightforward. Kind of an odd selection of aircraft, but nothing untoward about it. I wouldn't bother, as there are already fantastic models of most of these available as freeware...
