Hey,

I just got Flight Deck 4. I have noticed that on the F/A-18(C and E) (I haven't used any other planes yet) that the ailerons move a little bit when i turn fully to any side, however the flaperons and elevons don't move AT ALL with the turning movement, so this means that my rolling performance is pathetic...I reckon i Cessna 152 could beat it in a roll comp Tongue Anyway, I was wondering if anyone know's how to fix it, or would it have to be reprogrammed

Cheers

Well I'm not an expert but maybe some other people can back me up here, isn't there a value for how effective the alerion is?  Undecided

... I know the aileron isn't all that effective in comparison to it's roll rate, it contributes minimally comparatively speaking, but I am wondering why the flaperons and elevons aren't working in the roll sense, because the elevator's work very well, even the leading edge elevator's are present, and so I don't understand why the control surfaces are only half configures...?

and where would I find that? It's not a game setting, it's something to do the way the aircraft has (or hasn't) been programmed

It's in the aircraft cfg. file or what ever its called It should be under flight tuning or look for aileron_effectiveness in the aircraft cfg. file.
