Now if only the entirety of the Sim looked like that.
Pretty amazing.
I particularly like the details of ground texture with the yellow daffodills in the grass... and also the blue taxiway light units that are not just "blue dots" that suddenly show up when lit.

As a rule I try to stay far away from payware scenery (I feel more comfortable buying aircraft, don't know why), but this one looks very tempting. I still feel a bit wary about frames. My system isn't what you'd call "high-end", so what some see as framerate-friendly can (and often does) end up being just the opposite for me.
I guess it doesn't really matter, since the price is far too steep for a poor bugger like me. Ah well, at least pictures are free.
