On July 1st 2006 starting at 9pm eastern daylight time we shall strive to complete the 10th hop of our trip down to South America!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Route between MNMG (MANAGUA, NICARAGUA) and MROC (SAN JOSÉ, COSTA RICA):
Distance along great circle: 199.0 statute miles, 173.0 nautical miles, 320.3 kilometers
Initial true great circle heading: 138.0 degrees (southeast)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you plan on flying something besides a default plane, please feel free to post which one so that others may be able to pick it up before the flight, and if you decide on using payware please be kind enough to first load in a default plane that is similar in size and then load up your chosen plane.
I will be flying the default Baron, and you can find it in your sim!
Teamspeak for the flight is hosted by our gracious member Sam and more information about conencting there can be found at the following address:
http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=Multi;action=displ
ay;num=1129930528
As Jared hosts the flight server on his pc and the ip address for his network is done dynamically through his ISP he will announce the ip address by about 7pm tomorrow night.
For general questions please refer to the general question thread:
http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=Multi;action=displ
ay;num=1123882151
As always I would love to encourage all who have flown with us in the past, and anyone else to join us at any point during the flight or the tour itself.
Happy flying!
Jake

Hey guys, I'm back after a month or so..... I've had problems with my RAM, dimms out of order....
anyway it took a long time before I could use my computer again and I've certainly missed a lot of flights
.
So I'll be there with you, flying the TBM-700 once again
.
Cheers

Going to fly the Samdim An-24V2... the NoVC model as that one feels a little more fluid when doing multiplayer.
Russian planes:
IL-76 (all standard length ones)
,
Tu-154 and Il-62
,
Tu-134
and
An-24RV
&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found

Wooo.... I've just given a look at the actual weather...
Visibility about 3-4 miles, wind at 050, 10 kts. But the ceiling is pretty low, 2400ft. Btw, lots of turbulances, don't forget to grab a few sick bags

Yeah it was a pretty good flight, lots of beautiful clouds and I loved that formation we held most of the time we were up there. Two King Air and a TBM, weird thing to see them fly together like that lol
. That's a pity I won't be able to come next saturday
.
Cheers
