AIRCRAFT TO USE

Mountain flying within the colorado and surrounding area requires aircraft of a powerful type which can climb to higher altitudes.

FLIGHT SIMULATION DETAILS: HOP : 4  TUESDAY  3rd  JULY 2006.



This hop will begin at 8:00PM for departure/take off at  8:15PM  (United Kingdom) time.

Here are the details for the: 4th  hop of the Rockies Tour...


We will be departing: Rangely in: Colorado  on hop(s) to : Manila in: Utah

Here is the Map of this Hop/flight including the Waypoints we will be using.

The total distance for this flight will be : 113.4 nm 

AIRCRAFT SPEED RECCOMENDATIONS

During the tours we have users which use a variety of Aircraft etc. Some of the aircraft are faster than the other ones, so im going to provide a speed reccomendation for each hop. This way everyone will be able to stay together without rushing. This is NOT a rule, just a reccomendation for the Simalive Flight Simulation tours,

For this hop/flight, the aircraft speed reccomendation will be:

90 - 110 **MAX**

The only Nav Aid is near KVEL. VOR=108.20

Cool, I'll be there again. Hopefully all goes well this time. Not like the last Euro tour when all power in my house went off for 2 hours. 90 - 110 knots? Paul, you better start practising to fly backwards in your Beech Baron. Cessna 172 perhaps?

I've removed both Lycoming engines in the Baron, and replaced them with a pair of Villiers 197cc 2-stroke engines... Wink...!

..could you PLEASE include the recommended scenery mesh for each flight... Wink...?
I have to download them in stages for each flight, depending upon the flight plan...on 56k...Wink...!
