I've often chatted about this to people and was curious to see what you guys thought, which is better looking, F22 or Typhoon? I personally think the F22, what about you...

Assuming you mean the Eurofighter Typhoon and not the Hawker.
The Typhoon definately tops the F22 for looks. The F22 is merely a funny shaped box with wings while the Typhoon at least has some curves.

No competition, for me it's the Typhoon or Eurofighter as I know it.
The raptor looks like a happy underwater-monster with giant swimming feet (the elevators) to me, not as bad as the JSF, aka the flying whale, that design is just plain stupidity (looks wise), but the F-22 is still not a good looking aircraft in my opinion.
Plus I just love a nice delta-wing so the Eurofighter is the obvious choice for me. 8)

Eurofighter Typhoon!
Not that the F-22 looks bad, like the F-35, it still looks better than the X-32 *shudders*

The Typhoon looks better! However Spitfires are perfection
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

The two-seat typhoon is a beaut, although after working on the F-22 model it does start to grow on you.
Typhoon is still better though.

The guy that always looks like -->
Terrorist- "Ooh, yeah I'm scared!"
I'd have to go along with the Typhoon though. The F-22 is rather displeasing. But hey, so is the A-10.

I'd never claim the F22 to be among the most beautiful of fighter planes, but I really don't like the looks of the Typhoon. It's just... odd. That intake looks stuck on and the engines look too small in porportion to the rest of the plane. For canard equipped delta wings I'll take the SAAB Viggen over the Typhoon (looks wise).

I think that they are both nice looking, but the F-22 has been one of my favorites ever since I saw the YF-22 prototype at Wright Patterson AFB museum. I didn't really think about it one way or another until then. I wonder if my opinion would change if I got an up-close look at a Typhoon..

Yeah, I'm with Chris on this one. I don't particularly like the Typhoon, but I love the sleek, badass, almost reptillian look of the Raptor. (you have to admit the Raptor looks far more badass than the Typhoon)

Funny thing is, the Typhoons engines may look small, but the Typhoon was in fact built to be overpowered
