Does anyone know of a scenery enhancement pack for Funchal Madeira/ Santa Cruz airport (LPMA) in Portugal?

There's a file called madeira.zip out there somewhere (google for it), and while very detailed, it's a real framerate killer.

If you want to tinker with the airport (runway lengths, ILS etc) then you could do worse than do it yourelf with AFCAD2.
