Who can identify this german UAV (Read 272 times)

Came across this picture
It was a short still from a german army video... (don´t know
if it was an official video)

...

I searched the web and found no similar UAV developed by germany. Can anyone identify this aircraft ?
Is this maybe just a hoax ?

It was in AFM or Flight or something similar a week or two back. Shouldn't be to hard to find if you look in the right places...

Done (helped by the fact I remembered it was taken at Manching)...

It's apparently called EADS "Barracuda", and is an experimental UCAV... Smiley

I searched google for all kinds of word combination like.. "german uav".. "german ucav".. and so on but just found pics of other designs.

Actually Manching is just 30 Miles from my home.
I´ll pay more attention to the sky above me...the next time..
maybe I can spot one of those "Barracudas" !!  Smiley

You're welcome. "Manching" was the key word when I searched - if you know the airfield where a photo is taken it makes things so much easier! Grin
