Hi,

I want to put a different image in one of the drive in movie screens in tucson photo real, the image i want to replace looks like this.....

...

I tried replacing it with an image with one the same name and size etc.. but it doesn't work .

Do i need to create the image with certain software or is there more to this than i think? ???

Any advice would be appreciated

Hi
That is what a compressed bmp looks like when you have opened it in a paint program Smiley,You need Martin Wrights DXTbmp program to open and save compressed bmp formats .You will find it here
http://www.mnwright.btinternet.co.uk/index.htm
You can also use Imagetool which is in the SDK's
dont have the address handy sorry
Cheers
