Two hillbillies are in a restaurant talking about their moonshine operation.  Suddenly, a woman at a nearby table begins choking on her food, turning blue and obviously in serious trouble.  One of the hillbillies runs over to her, lifts up the back of her skirt and yanks her panties down and quickly gives her right butt cheek a big lick with his tongue.  The woman is so shocked that she has a violent spasm and the obstruction flies out of her mouth.  The other hillbilly says, "Ya know, I'd heard of that there 'Hind Lick Maneuver" but I ain't never see'd nobody do it!"
