Well I finally got this to work and I am so happy!!!  Grin  Grin

The payware version has a few upgrades from the freeware version I used in FS2002.

Here is the cool thing! Besides being able to walk virtually anywhere in, out, around, through, etc.. I just noticed a very "realistic" feature while in the aircraft!
If you set the option "internal pilot" and sit in "the driver's seat", while you taxi around and roll down the runway, the view "bounces" and "jolts" around as if you are being bumped around a bit. As you pull back on the stick and the wheels leave the ground, the bumping stops but then something else takes effect. The view experiences what I would call "turbulence bumps" and also seems to "float" in the cockpit. It is really awesome and adds to the entire experience!

Anybody else notice this effect?

Well Nexus, I can see your point if you are flying those "Cadillacs" you love to fly!
But strap yourself in a smaller plane like a Cessna or better yet one of my Favs, Aerosoft's Beaver, and the only thing that is missing is the smell of the exhaust! That gives me an idea. Now where is my lighter!  Grin

The other nice thing about that Dave, is if you ever want a wing seat, move the view to the cabin of the plane, and enjoy the bouncing.

And for either cockpit or cabin views, just as a treat, set the weather on Thunderstorms and experience the full effect of active camera lol *evil laugh*

Wow i read the good stuff you all were saying and got the demo.its a whole diffrent sim.i would have gotton it sooner if i knew it had all those extras i thought it was the same as the fs2002 version.i shure am tired first time i ever walked 10 miles in the simulator. Grin

P.S I got the full version last night.it reminds me of the IL2 combat sim.its the first sim ive flown with the head shake movement but it dose make it seem much more real while flying VC mode.but i would have paid the $15 just for the mouse wheel zoom feature alone.i ve dreamed of haveing that feature in the VC.but you get alot for your money,AI tracker, head shake.flyby view, walk inside outside cabin.mouse wheel zoom, stall buffeting effects in VC view.i just whished i had knew about this fine enhancement addon sooner.and to those out there that dont have this yet get the demo and try it out you probley lose $15 youll want it so bad.but it will be the best $15 you ever spent.

YES!!  The "bouncing" effect is what really makes this add-on shine!!  Especially for wing views.  Replay that landing from the window seat and you will experience realism like no other as it simulates your heads movement as the plane slams, errr TOUCHES DOWN.   Grin  I just love how it goes from rather smooth flight, to initial impact with the runway, and the continued rolling and slowing down bouncing effects and vice versa for take-off!  You really get that initial lift-off feeling.

Hey guys the freeware version I found only works in the "Seattle area".  Am I looking in the wrong place?  BTW I'm using FS9 not 2002 if it makes a difference.

if you fly in 2d view you can switch to the "VC" view by pressing S (which will get rid of the 2d panel, leaving you with a panel-less view)...then simply move backwards with the numberpad and pan right/left with the 7 or 9 key  Smiley
