    What is this? I heard that somewhere, when the PCI express comes up, it is going to be MUCH better than any AGP port right now. If this is true then I'll have to wait 'til it comes out, anyone know when that is?

PCI Express is available now, but you need a PCI express slot.  Only some of the new motherboards have the slot.  They are equilavelent to AGP 16x. Also it is expected that the speeds of the cards used in these slots can be clocked a lot higher.  Currently ATi only have cards for PCIe.  Nvidia are apparenty developing something but it is taking them a long time.

Isn't PCI-X different to PCI-Express?

PCI-X is different to PCIe.  PCI-X is a double bandwidth version of of PCI, where as PCIe is a totally different slot.

PCIe=PCI-Express.

I believe that the nVidia Geforce 6800 will also have a PCI Express version as well. As quoted from their website...
Quote:
-Designed for PCI Express x16
-Supports PCI Express high-speed interconnect (HSI) technology for bidirectional interconnect protocol conversion
-Full support of AGP 8X including Fast Writes and sideband addressing
