I heard about a place in Canada called the Bay of Fundy and the difference between the tide level can be over 60 ft! But that's still far

I think I have read that we get 16-17 foot tides here....low tide shows a trickle in the river, and high tide makes it look like a small lake.........young kids can get caught playing on the sand quite easily......just ask Wendy.......

The tidal range in the Bristol channel is the second larges in the world at over 50ft. Thats the sort of tidal difference you notice.
