Hi I need some advice on a new power supply.
My system specs
amd xp 2400
epox 8kha +
768 pc 2100
Ti 4600 128 mb
dvd drive
cdrw drive
80 gig hd 8mb cashe
40 gig hd 2mb cash

My old power supply was 300watts

thanks for any advice before I order

im running 360 w power supply with my machine i would reccomend a 350w but 300w should be adequate

Get a brand one this time.  Generic ones never give out what they are supposed to.  Have a look at Antec and Enermax.  I personnely like the Antec SL350.  This is very quiet and gives 350w.
