I recently downloaded a Spitfire and it didn't have lights on it.  I was able to add strobe and navigation lights by copying and pasting lights from the Cessna 182 default cfg file and adjusting the distances, but I don't know how to put in landing lights, as they are not mentioned under the [lights] part of the aircraft cfg file.  Here is the 'lights' section of my Spitfire's cfg file:

[LIGHTS]
//Types: 1=beacon, 2=strobe, 3=navigation, 4=cockpit
light.0 = 3,   .10, -18.41,-0.15, fx_navred
light.1 = 3,   .10,  18.41,-0.15, fx_navgre
light.2 = 2,  -.02, -18.41,-0.15, fx_strobe
light.3 = 2,  -.02,  18.41,-0.15, fx_strobe
light.4 = 4,  -6.62,   0.00, 1.50, fx_vclight

HOW DO I ADD A LANDING LIGHT? ???

Thank You!  Smiley

Also, what lights does a real spitfire have on it? (i.e. 2 strobes, 2 landing lights, 1 rotating bcn...)

Sorry, you can't.  Landing and taxi lights are both part of the aircraft model.  Which means you can't add them in the aircraft.cfg

Sorry. . .  Roll Eyes
