This one is lame but I chuckled when I heard it...

A bear walks into a bar and says to the bartender, "Can I have a rum and a...............................................................................
...............................coke."
"Why the big pause?" Asks the bartender.
The Bear says "I don't know, I was just born with them!" Grin
