LMAO.......!
I always liked these 2 silly characters. Still do. Unlike most of their contemporaries their humour is timeless - to me anyway.

LOL...funny line.
BTW....it's Laurel and Hardy...Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy.
They are amongst the greatest comedians that ever lived in my book. That's coming for a die hard 3 Stooges Fan. I've always liked the line by Curly, "I'm trying to think, but nothing's happening." I seem to have this problem more and more with age...lol.
"I have a place where dreams are born, And time is never planned. It’s not on any chart, You must find it with your heart."
Albert Einstein - "Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe."
Martin Luther King Jr. - “Nothing in the world is more dangerous than a sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.”
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe - “There is nothing worse than aggressive stupidity.”
Mark Twain - “Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.”

No Problemo....as he blatantly steals a line from the Govenator Arnold Schwarzenegger many memorable lines...
God only knows the amount of errors I've done like this.

They show periodic Three Stooges Marathons on AMC (American Movie Classics)...next one will be December 31st, a 13 Hour All Curly Marathon. Some cable stations like Nickelodeon still show The 3 Stooges periodically.

LOL. I love the 3 Stooges. I love Curly's three watches and him explaining to Moe how to tell time. Then Moe asks for the time and Curly pulls out a pocket watch! LMAO. That's funny stuff.

The funniest one I can remember is where Olly & some other guy in a traffic queue systematically destroy each other's cars. I have no idea what it was called. Makes me chuckle just thinking about it.

I grew up with the Stooges, Laurel and Hardy, the Marx Bros.
Not literaly but as a kid. and even today with many fine comics, This is what real comedy is!!!
When as a child I would find just the "slap-stick" funny but as I got older and started to pay attention to what was being said it was then I realized the true comedic genius of these people. The one liners are amazingly funny!!!
Disorder in the Court has got to be the best "Curly" action ever!! "Raise your right hand!"
"drop the bernaculair" " That's not a bernaculair, that's a Deeerby!"

Can anyone remember the title of the L&H movie where Stan doesn't realise WW1 is over and is found marching up and down a trench one end of which is stacked with empty baked bean tins?
Anyway a most Happy New Year to you all and your families-have a great time.

Yep, I remember watching that one, although I forget the title.
20 years after the war Stan is still shooting at aircraft flying overhead
My favorite is the movie where they joined the Foreign Legion 8)

I think the greatest comedy team of all time would have to be The Marx Brothers. 'Duck Soup' had me rolling on the floor with tears in my eyes from laughing so much. 'A Day at the Races' is even better...
Prosecutor: Chicolini, you are charged with high treason, and if found guilty, you will be shot.
Chicolini: I object.
Prosecutor: You object? On what grounds?
Chicolini: I couldn't think of anything else to say.
Rufus T. Firefly: Objection sustained.
Prosecutor: Your majesty, you sustain the objection?
Rufus T. Firefly: Sure, I couldn't think of anything else to say either.
Prosecutor: You haven't been paying your taxes!
Chicolini: Taxes! I have an uncle who lives in Taxes!
Prosecutor: No, Money! Dollars!
Chicolini: Dollars, Taxes! That's where my uncle is a-from!
