For those of you who have a MS Sidewinder Force Feedback 2: you know under the forces tab, the "Sitting on a pyramid" test force?  It's basically the opposite of return-to-center.  Well, somehow, after working fine for 7 months, my joystick is stuck on that force, no matter what I am doing.  If I close the window and go play FS2002, it's still on the "sitting on a pyramid setting."  I have to turn all forces off to get rid of it, in which case the joystick is crap, as it's too hard to center.

What's weird is the effect sometimes goes away and the joystick works like it used to.  But most of the time, it's being repelled from the center.  I tried uninstalling the software then reinstalling it, but its still screwed up.

Anyone have any ideas?
