After formatting hd(to get rid of win xp) i re installed cfs2 .Otherwise it works but pov hat shows pov 0 at any position.I reinstalled cfs2 again but it did not help.I am using win 98 and wingman extreme(it works in any other game).Please help!!

try re-installing the sound driver, possible faulty joystick, doubtful a cfs2 problem.... test it in another game.
