I just upgraded my computer with the latest and fastest components and reinstalled CFS2. Main reason for the upgrade was to eliminate any hardware shortcomings with sims.

However, I still have control problems. Using default plane F4F-4 the plane stalls in an instant. The plane easily goes into spins and recovery is very difficult. Flat spins are not uncommon. Feels like I am flying a brick. Are the planes generally sluggish and unresponsive and then go out of control with too much control input?

Take off from a carrier in the F4F-4 is difficult and I have yet to successfully land.

I am using a ForceFeedback 2 joystick and is the only controller connected to the computer. I am using FF2 defaults.

Just my two cents but I have both CFS2 and CFS3 and I really like the cockpit view a lot better in CFS2.
How do I upgrade my profile to post a picture?  I believe the picture was sent and received by simviation.  In profile I checked the box for my own picture. In the box I entered: http://www.simviation.com/yabbuploads/heritage_formation_P51_F15.
I keep getting server not responding when I update. I also added file type of .jpg at the end http://www.simviation.com/yabbuploads/heritage_formation_P51_F15.jpg
And I still get a non-responding server.

What am I doing wrong?

This is a test of uploading a picture. Good info was found in the forum graphics gallery/freeware screen shots/helpful image posting info.

My carrier landing and takeoff are now better that I use full flaps instead to 20%.

The plane still wants to go into flat spins. I am trying to be smooth on the controls. Is there any recommended joy stick setting for the MS ForceFeedback 2 stick?
