I don't use Nova so i could be wrong, but i believe it can only create objects, not add them to the scenery. Nova makes objects in API format which can be used in scenery programs like Airport or FSSC. If you don't want to make your own gates, i would have a look in the macro section on this site and dl some of those to use in the above mentioned programs.
