Found a couple of links I thought everyone might enjoy...

www.avsim.com -- Great place to find some rare and highly popular AC. The POSky C-17 along with soundpack can be found here. Search for "c-17" in the file library and it'll spit out all the links you need.

www.fsd-international.com -- These guys know their stuff. Snag the T-38 along with any other free AC they've got; definitely worth the dload time.

www.meljet.com -- Another excellent source for aircraft. If you love jumbos go after the triple-7 or their 747.

http://www1.faa.gov/atpubs/ -- Home of the AIM, pilot controller glossary (PCG), Federal aviation regs (FARs), and a whole mess of info. If your brain pops while reading some of their lawyer-lingo, it ain't my fault!

www.avweb.com -- Great flying mag site. Hit up their columns section and read about nearly anything. Piston-engine nuts should hit John Deakin's engine rants for gobs of info on the subject.

http://members.aol.com/dheitm8612/page2.htm -- Stalag 13 Aviation links. I could camp out here for a month!

http://www.pmstone.com/aircraft.html -- Mike Stone's site. Grab any of his AC, and a lot of repaints done by others. Gary's repaints are heavy on the reflectivity if you love the chromed look. Just make sure you replace the panels he provides. Some of them aren't bad, but you can generally find much better panels on any site that offers them. (Mike, if you're reading this, your prop blur needs a little work. Otherwise, damn fine job!)

http://www.dangerous-airports.com/ -- A personal favorite. Some of the nastiest airports in the world are listed here. Either for their weather, or just the difficulty of getting into or out of them. In one case (possibly more) that difficulty might be because of a goof by M$ in the terrain.

http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main/forum.htm -- Definitely THE listing of FS stuff. Aircraft, terrain, repaints, panels, sounds...you name it, odds are they've got it. About the only downside is a two-hour time limit per day. You can get around that by copy-pasting the dload links into a manager (getright, reget, etc...) and logging out. The downloads won't time out and you can snag anything you want!

www.projectopensky.com -- Home of some Airbus, many Boeing, and a single CRJ aircraft. Wonderfully done AC that any jumbo nut would love.

Enjoy!
