Greetings,

New dynamic jetsmoke is in the library, for use on heavy jets Smiley

Look in Civil Jets for Dynamic Jetsmoke  (SHOP_FX.zip)

The effect is controlled  using an invisible XML gauge that starts
the smoke when a chosen "percent of N1" is reached. Choices range
from 60,65,70,75,80,85,90 percent.  The smoke will not mix in with contrails
as there is also an altitude limit in the gauge.

This smoke is very light, with a very short "trail", and is
"vectored" to the rear with jet thrust.

The rear thrust vectoring works even with the AC sitting still on
the runway during runup.

The FS2002 smokesystem is bugged in the vertical positioning, so
this effect uses data entered within the effect file itself to
adjust the vertical position exactly for each aircraft.

A "workshop" is included to help simmers adapt the effect to any
jet aircraft, using any panel.

I thought this smoke was pretty good, so I'm tooting my own horn Smiley

Regards,

JR
