Im trying to install the FS-2002, and i am getting this error:

In english: "Application or DLL E:\DIRECTX\DSETUP.DLL is not a suitable Windows NT -string? Check this on the installation disc."



Please heelp me  Cry  Cry

Then it says...

IMAGES REMOVED AS THEY WERE LINKED FROM ANOTHER SITE AND THAT IS NOT ALLOWED AT SIMV AS CLEARLY STATED IN THE SIGN-UP PAGE. PLEASE DON'T LINK IMAGES AS IT SLOWS THE FORUMS FOR OTHER USERS.

And NO, HD is not full!

It sounds to me like your install CD is corrupt.

Do you already have DirectX installed?  I'm not sure but I think FS02 requires DX 8 or above.

You could download DirectX 9 from Microsoft - I wouldn't install DX 10 - and install it separately and maybe the sim won't try to reinstall it.

Or take the CD back where you bought it and exchange it.
