Win '98 Can't find MS FFB Joystick (Read 1068 times)

Finally got a new FFB Sidewinder and it won't show up.

It's a gameport connection on Win'98. 

Any sensible ideas?   Cry

Disconnect any other peripherals and then try installing the stick. This normally works, I've found if you have more than one USB port connected to something then the stick won't work (don't know why though)!

Thanks Ozzy,

My old Sidewinder pro worked fine but the new FFB Sidewinder still refused to light up, so I put a new sound card in and VOILA! It Works!

Strange times............ Anyone need a doorstop?  Grin
