I take that you are talking about FSX. In that case, yes, it will. I have mine running on Windows 8 right now with no problems. But I also believe that some other poster mentioned that you had to have the Acceleration pack installed or at least the service packs as the default installation would not work. Mine has the Acceleration pack and no problems so far. But double-check that if you just have the default one. And the service packs are available here at SimV so you can get them easily if needed.
