To me, Its always an accident just waiting to happen.
I am always amazed that aircraft are allowed to fly over heavily populated areas.
Watching Helicopters flying tourists, camera crews, etc, around the New York, etc, skyscrapers, always makes me shudder, waiting for the inevitable!
Paul.
I believe there are very strict rules regarding light aircraft and helicopters over-flying my county town.

The tower cranes around here don't seem to have flashing lights on the booms. Some do, but only when the crane is in operation and not overnight. Yet permanent towers always seem to have them.
Flying with twins is a lot of fun..
