I read through the attached stuff carefully. I can read a little Spanish, not much, but I'm unclear as to exactly what's going on and cannot offer any advice on that. Sorry. You may need to contact the seller to clear everything up.
But here's a few items:
That Yamaha keyboard is actually quite good, I had a DGX230 once for a awhile. It is also available on other sites I mentioned below at about the same price.
I've dealt with eBay in the past buying music gear with no problems, however, I prefer to use any other source first.
I've also had a lot of experience buying music gear via online music sites.
When buying musical instruments or music gear, especially new gear of any kind, check online stores like MusiciansFriend, Guitar Center, SamAsh etc before buying on eBay, and also check Amazon, especially if you're looking for new gear.
Your well-known online music stores and Amazon are totally reliable. They have excellent customer service and you are completely protected with all purchases through these sources. Returns are very easy if you're not satisfied, no hassles.
The online stores all have the exact same prices for the same item, so shopping from one to the other will not get you any lower prices. However, you might find some blemished items or used gear from store to store, and at slightly reduced prices.
eBay may have some good deals with used gear, some have a 'buy it now' deal so you don't have to bid. But with eBay vendors, you should check their return policies carefully before buying.
With online music stores and Amazon, your purchasing is secure, so for me, I don't use Paypal for these stores. However, Paypal is the way to go if you prefer.
If you use a credit card for any purchase, music gear or otherwise, the card company can and will help you resolve disputes of various kinds if the seller won't give you satisfaction.
Always use Paypal for eBay.
You may already know some or all of this. I hope this helps you and anyone else reading this.

e-Bay always scares me, for fear of something going wrong, so I NEVER use it!
I always make all my purchases from reputable, trusted, dealers/sources, using Credit/Debit Cards.
Sometimes it costs me more, but I always have the satisfaction of ensuring a problem-free transaction.
All my various musical instruments are always purchased from Music Shops....
..and all my Motor-bike bits purchased from Motor-bike shops!
e-Bay, can be a fatal step into the unknown!...

I'm trying to contact the seller ,I think could be him that he doesn't want to sell it or he doesn't have that piano ,I don't know what it is ,the whole process of the transaction runs well IT says Its been paid and he claims he doesn't have receive anything
there's been 2 transactions cancellations ,for this item and I have paid this piano like 4 times ,I have send him pics of the whole thing ,Now he doesn't even answer me

This is odd, I posted a reply and it is gone............
.....
So here it is again;
Alex, as you paid by paypal, I would contact them about this. Although it is in Spanish, the window formats stay the same. From what I can see, you have paid, so check your account history. If it is recorded that you have paid and the email address for the seller is correct, then either paypal has dropped the ball, or the seller has over looked the payment. I would start my contacting paypal and explaining your problem. One word of advice, do not email paypal, a reply takes days and days. Spend some time surfing for a customer support number. They do have them, but do not actively advertise them, they are very well hidden however you will find them if you look hard enough. A couple of years ago I was fleeced for $500 by some toe rag that used my account to buy a camcorder. I tried with email and got nowhere. Once I found a telephone number, it was all sorted and refunded over the phone in minutes.
Good luck
Matt

Contacting Paypal is good. But if that doesn't work, you can contact your credit card company, the one you listed with Paypal, and talk to them about this.
Remember what I said:
"If you use a credit card for any purchase, music gear or otherwise, the card company can and will help you resolve disputes of various kinds if the seller won't give you satisfaction."
Your credit card company is on your side and can be very helpful.
If you talk to Paypal or your CCard Co, remember, they're on your side. Explain things to them carefully and calmly. They will help you.

I open a paypal account only for the button ,for the donation ,it does not require credit card which also I don't have any (things are not so well for the people of this country in fact I don't want to issue my paypal account with any Venezuelan thing at all) that is money from donation and 100% made outside of this country ,I could get in trouble perhaps if I declare that I have dollars here
but let m remind that I have bought successfully things last year and it was more money like $350
I receive another emaiil that saids
Hi, okay let me check the number that you gave to me. thank you very much
so now all I have to wait

Paypal has Locked my account because I been trying to use it too many times
NOW They are forcing me to give them a credit card which I don't have any, there's no way I can communicate them (I wont make a very expensive phone call to USA) Now way I can't send them and email
I'm so angry at this moment that I believe Im going to get sick
So all that paypal was at the end to loose all that Money ,I couldn't buy anything I couldn't do anything ,now some how its Paypal money ,all that Donation went into someone who already have all the money of the world
