G'day guys,

Quick question - I was flying my 737 into Bern, Switzerland - and I couldn't seem to raise Twr or ATIS on the Radio.

When ATC said "Contact Bern Tower" - the frequency on the radio changed, but the "1" button to contact the tower did nothing!

Same for ATIS - couldn't raise it all! Tongue

I rechecked the freqs in AFCAD - but I still can't get comms.

The Freqs I'm using are Tower - 121.02 and ATIS 125.12 (the real freqs from Swiss AIP)

Could you please help?  It's a nice airport to fly into! Cry

Seen that on fsx too.
You need to reload/remake the flight and go from there.

No, still no joy.

Just fired up FS9, 737 at Bern Airport - couldn't raise either the Tower or ATIS...

The freqs changed on the radio though... Cheesy

Cheers

I had a similar problem with FS2002 and it turned out to be a bad .bgl file.

Fortunately for me I was able to diagnose it with Scanner for FS2002 bgl file problems.  I say fortunately because this would be next to impossible to diagnose without this tool.

Unfortunately I have not seen a similar tool for FS2004.

A bad day at golf is better than a good day at work.
